The staff at the club have worked hard to make sure that our Player Development Model stays relevant and up to current needs of our players and competition.

DPL along with our other league memberships maintains our commitment to raising standards of soccer in the communities we serve. Our coaches and staff will raise the bar with continuing coaching education, implementing programs and policies that will elevate all facets of the club and give local players and families opportunities in their own community to have an organization that will have multiple platforms for all level of players to grow and develop in.

The US Club Players First (P1) accreditation in 2020 has prioritized putting into place ownership in raising club wide standards. Part of those standards have been exploring technology and support systems to better assist our players, coaches and staff as well as identifying the best type of playing platforms that would integrate our clubs Player Development Pathway (PDP) and align our clubs strategy in providing the best tools for players growth and development, on a platform that allows players to develop to their fullest potential.
