City FC adds to the 2006 Girls teams

City FC is proud to welcome coach Jason Gotcher and his 2006 Girls competitive elite team from The Colony.

City FC 06G Gotcher will be competing in the 2019|20 season:

- Red River RPL (Regional Premier League)

The Newly formatted RPL will consist of 6-7 regional event dates. These events will be held from August to December 2019. 

Events will be held in the following areas:

- Dallas market
- Tulsa Market
- Kansas Market
- Shreeveport Market
- Bentonville  Market

Each team will commit to 4 event dates and locations with 3 (three) games scheduled each event. 

Local teams may schedule outside of the events utilizing our club home fields. 

Teams finishing in the top four will qualify for the final four to be held in May, the weekend prior to memorial weekend 2020. 

The winner of the final four earns a bye into the national cup qualifiers in Tulsa June 2020.

“We are extremely excited to have Coach Gotcher represent City FC in the 2006 Girls age group. We feel that this will aid in the continuation of their development. Competition on a national platform will help the team raise their game to another level”, Explained Antony Penna, City FC Director of Soccer.

City FC players and teams are eligible to participate in US Club Soccer and USL (United Soccer League) events and talent identification programs. Events include iD2, PDP (Player Development Program for US Club Soccer) and USLx (an event that selects players by the USL for a professional player experiance)


City FC academy is the elite level competition of KERNOW STORM FC. City FC’s mission is to foster the growth and development of soccer players from our local youth leagues and competition to continue their development and growth at an elite level of play by participating in regional leagues and national competitions. We aim to create the best possible development environment with meaningful consistent games for players of all ages aligning with (Kernow) Storm FC’s Player Development Pathway Model and level of competition model.
